How to import Korean cosmetics to Malaysia
A local Cosmetic Notification Holder and NPRA review.
Notification & local responsibility
Arrange a locally incorporated Cosmetic Notification Holder (CNH). The CNH must notify through NPRA before import or supply and keep the Product Information File accessible. [1] [2]
Labels & language
The label information must be in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English. Have the CNH check the cosmetic labelling annex and the product’s claims. [3]

Review NPRA’s cosmetic ingredient annexes and recent circulars. The current updates matter as well as the base guideline. [4] [3]
Duties & taxes
Use the official customs resource below as a starting point. Ask your customs broker to confirm the product classification, origin documents, customs value and applicable duties, taxes and fees for this shipment before you accept the quote. [5]
