Dubai Municipality oversees cosmetic evaluation, registration and release in Dubai through Montaji+. Ask the local importer to confirm the applicable emirate process and whether a MOIAT conformity certificate is required for the product. A Dubai procedure is not a nationwide clearance. [1] [2]
Labels & language
Have the local applicant confirm required Arabic/English label content before printing. Dubai’s fragrance guideline specifies English and/or Arabic for its listed label elements; do not extend that rule to every cosmetic category without confirmation. [3]
Ingredient checks
Ask the relevant authority which current safety standard and restricted-ingredient lists apply to the exact category. For fragrances, start with Dubai Municipality’s category-specific technical guideline. [2] [3]

Use the official customs resource below as a starting point. Ask your customs broker to confirm the product classification, origin documents, customs value and applicable duties, taxes and fees for this shipment before you accept the quote. [4]
