1. About this website

This website presents VANVIOR, our product edit and our business services. Retail products are not sold on this website. VANVIOR is preparing to sell through TikTok Shop U.S., where TikTok Shop’s terms and our listing terms will apply to orders.

2. Product information

We aim to keep product information accurate. Product images are digital renderings created for presentation, and campaign imagery includes AI-generated visuals; packaging may vary. Specifications shown are taken from product labels, so always check the label of the product you receive. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not imply an official distributorship or endorsement unless stated.

3. Inquiries and partnership proposals

Submitting an inquiry or proposal does not create a contract or obligation for either party. Partnership and supply terms apply only once agreed in a separate written agreement.

4. Wholesale quotations, invoices and payment

Catalog entries invite wholesale inquiries and are not offers of immediate stock. Availability, specifications, minimum quantities, prices, currency, freight and destination requirements are confirmed in an individual written quotation. Payment is requested only after the order and terms are agreed, through a private quotation checkout or an available PayPal or Payoneer invoice link. An order is marked paid only after the payment provider confirms completion. Shipping terms, lead times, import responsibilities and any cancellation or return terms must be agreed in the quotation before payment. Never enter card or bank credentials in a message field.
