FDA’s cosmetic notification checklist requires a valid License to Operate with an eligible activity, including Cosmetics Distributor–Importer. Confirm the licensed local establishment that will apply for product notification. [1]

Review FDA’s ASEAN cosmetic labelling appendix with the licensed importer. Confirm the accepted language and required local responsible-party details with FDA before artwork approval; a Korean-only label should not be assumed sufficient. [2]

Review FDA’s current ASEAN Cosmetic Directive amendments and Philippine implementation dates before approving ingredients and claims. [3]
