A cosmetic product notification is generally needed before supply in Singapore. Confirm the notifying company and HSA’s exceptions; the company retains post-market responsibilities, including reporting serious adverse effects and defects. [1]

Required label details must be in English, including the local responsible company or person’s name and address. Additional languages should match the English information. [1]
Ingredient checks
Use the current ASEAN Cosmetic Directive annexes linked by HSA to review prohibited and restricted ingredients, colourants, preservatives and UV filters before notification. [1]
