Privacy Notice

VANVIOR is operated by LUDGI Inc. (주식회사 럿지), Republic of Korea (“we”, “us”). This notice explains how we handle personal information on vanvior.com. Contact: vanviorbeauty@gmail.com.

What we collect

Inquiries. When you send an inquiry, we collect the details you enter. Depending on the inquiry type, this may include your name, company or brand, job title, business email, phone number, country, website or social link, company type, product categories, current U.S. distribution, sales channel, products of interest, estimated order size, platform and audience size, and your message.

Launch list. If you join the launch list, we collect your email address.

Technical data. To prevent spam and abuse, we use hashed request identifiers and limited request metadata, such as a hashed IP address.

Stored on your device only. Your wishlist, language and similar preferences are stored in your browser and are not sent to us. You can clear them in your browser settings.

Please do not submit payment card numbers or sensitive identity documents through our forms.

Why we use it

• To review and reply to your inquiry, and to prepare partnership discussions or wholesale quotations.
• To email launch-list subscribers about VANVIOR’s launch on TikTok Shop U.S. and our launch edit.
• To protect the website against spam and abuse.

Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Service providers and international processing

The website is hosted by Vercel. Inquiries and launch-list sign-ups are stored in a Neon Postgres database hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Inquiries received before 5 October 2026 are also kept in a Google Firebase backup until it is deleted. When a new inquiry arrives, its details are emailed to our team through Resend. Fonts are delivered by Google Fonts. These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Inquiry records are accessible only to VANVIOR’s designated administrators. We do not sell personal information.

Payment processing for wholesale quotations

For a confirmed wholesale quotation, we send the order details, agreed amount and delivery information to PayPal to process payment. PayPal handles your payment credentials under its own privacy notice. We store the quotation, payment references and status for order fulfilment, support and business records. A private quotation link gives access to its order and delivery details; please keep it private.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information while handling your request and for necessary business follow-up. Launch-list email addresses are kept until we have sent the launch notice or you ask us to remove yours, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw your consent, by emailing vanviorbeauty@gmail.com. Legal recordkeeping obligations may affect deletion. Providing information is voluntary, but we need enough contact details to respond.
