Retail orders (TikTok Shop U.S.)

VANVIOR is preparing to launch on TikTok Shop U.S. Retail orders are not taken on this website. When we launch, orders will be placed through TikTok Shop, and shipping options, delivery times, costs and return eligibility will be shown on each listing and at checkout. TikTok Shop’s buyer policies also apply to orders placed there.

We are finalizing our U.S. fulfilment and returns arrangements, including the return destination and process. Full details will be published on this page before launch.

Wholesale orders

Wholesale shipping and return terms are agreed individually. Before any order or payment, the quotation confirms the dispatch location, shipping charges, delivery timing, tracking, import duties or taxes, and any cancellation or return conditions. Submitting an inquiry does not promise a delivery timeline.

Product availability

Product pages identify the products in our edit. They do not by themselves confirm available stock or eligibility for a particular destination.
