When the quote is paid, we buy the goods, check counts, expiry dates and condition, and send you photos before anything ships.

Everything in your order is packed together as one shipment, with the commercial invoice and packing list.

Courier, air or sea, from Incheon.
Small orders go door to door by express courier; larger orders go by air or sea freight from Incheon. We take care of the Korean export declaration.

To your store, warehouse or fulfillment partner.
Your goods arrive at your store, warehouse or fulfillment partner. Import duties and taxes in your country are paid by you unless the quote says otherwise.

Straight answers,

From US$500
Wholesale orders start at US$500 and at one carton per product; some products have their own minimum quantity or amount, confirmed in your quote. Test quantities under one carton are supplied at the retail price.
Quoted in writing
Each quote lists product prices and shipping separately, in US dollars. Export orders carry no Korean VAT.
Paid, then bought
Orders are paid in advance, by international bank transfer or another method agreed in the quote. Then we buy.
Genuine, and checked
We buy from brands and their authorized distributors, keep the invoices and send photos before shipping.

Do you only work with K-beauty?
No. K-beauty is where we started, but buyers can ask us for products made in Korea across categories. Tell us what you need and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
Can you find a specific brand or product?
Often, yes. Send the product name or a photo and the quantity you need, and we will check availability through the brand or its authorized channels.
Can I order samples first?
Yes. A small first order to check the products can be below the US$500 minimum; product and shipping are paid as quoted.
How do payments work?
You pay the quote in advance, by international bank transfer or another method we agree on in writing. We buy once the payment arrives.
How is it shipped, and who pays import duties?
Small orders go door to door by express courier; larger ones by air or sea freight from Incheon. We prepare the Korean export documents. Import duties and taxes in your country are paid by the buyer unless the quote says otherwise.
Can you ship to my country?
Usually. Before quoting we check whether the product can go to your country. Some markets need the importer to register products first — cosmetics in the EU or China, for example — and compliance in your market stays with the importer.

Yes, by appointment at our office in Songdo, Incheon, or by video call.
